One of the joys of owning a yacht or motor cruiser is seeing the results of excellent maintenance and care required to help keep them in the best of health. Here at Eastwood Whelpton we have always welcomed the DIY boat owner, offering some friendly guidance and a point in the right direction when required to help you achieve the best results. We are also trusted to maintain many privately owned vessels, the owners safe in the knowledge they are in experienced and careful hands.

It is always prudent to keep on top of maintenance to make sure that the small issues don’t snowball into larger ones. For example an area of damaged varnish wont be effective at keeping water out, and soon the lovely brightwork is discoloured or worse; the woodwork is damaged and will need restoring and recoating.
