We want everyone to be able to experience the beauty of the Norfolk Broads. That is why we offer gift vouchers towards a part, or full day experience with us here at Eastwood Whelpton. Gift vouchers are available for the following experiences:

A Full Day Taster Sail Experience for £99 pp – 6 hours on a beautiful half-decker sailing yacht, with a skipper to show you the ropes.

You will be provided with lifejackets and a full safety briefing on arrival. Sailing gloves and wet weather gear can also be borrowed if needed. All our skippers are experienced and RYA qualified and will take you on an introductory sail on the Rive Bure, possibly heading towards South Walsham Broad to include some open water sailing, depending on wind and tide.

Please bring a packed lunch. Price based on a min capacity of 2 and max of 4.

A Half Day Classic Cruise Afternoon Tea Experience for £99 pp – 3 hours on Moorhen, our stunning 1950s motor cruiser with a skipper, locally sourced afternoon tea and a bottle of fizz!

Take a step back in time and experience our beautiful Classic Cruiser here at Eastwood Whelpton. Sit back and relax as your skipper takes you on a tour of the Norfolk Broads. Afternoon tea, refreshments and a bottle of fizz are all included in this experience. You can look at Moorhen here .

Ahoy There! Pirate Adventure Day for £99 pp – 5 hours on a half decker yacht with a skipper and treasure hunt activity. Price based on min capacity of 2 and max of 4.

Our treasure hunt activity days are the perfect family adventure on the water. Let your Pirate Captain take you in search of buried treasure as you sail the beautiful Norfolk Broads.

On arrival at the boatyard, you will be met by your Captain, who will help you aboard your ship (a beautiful, wooden half decker yacht). You will be given a series of ‘clues’ throughout the day as you enjoy sailing along the local rivers and explore landmarks such as St Benet’s Abbey and Thurne Windmill. 

There will be plenty of opportunities to get involved in a bit of sailing, as the captain shows you the ropes and gets you confident on the tiller. 

‘X marks the spot’ and when you find it you will be rewarded with buried treasure at the end of the day before you journey home.
