Port
Chief Customer Support
Port has quickly affirmed his status as the yard’s ‘right’-hand cat, frequently found exploring the workshops. If he had opposable thumbs, we’re sure he’d be in there with a hammer! But he’s equally happy snoozing in the office…
Jacob
Boatbuilder
A talented boatbuilder, Jacob has a superb eye for detail and has worked alongside local master mast builder Peter Charlton, to make new masts for the fleet. Jacob also helps with running the yard in the busy sailing season, managing the changeover team, on-going maintenance, and customer care.

Chief Customer Support

Els always has a huge smile on her face when she is on the water. Having spent the last few years sailing all over the world, she has returned to Norfolk to instruct at EW. Her teaching style is intuitive, gentle and encouraging. Els is not one for sitting still and her other hobbies include climbing, yoga and circus gymnastics!

Ruth
Senior Instructor
Ruth grew up on the North Norfolk coast and has lived and sailed here ever since. She is qualified to teach in both dinghies and keelboats. Her sailing passions include gaff rigged boats, sailing fast, and sailing fast in gaff rigged boats. He grew up sailing with his family and particularly excels at instructing school and youth groups.
