Fancy working alongside some of the finest wooden yacht builders in Norfolk? Perhaps you’d love to teach customers to sail on the beautiful Norfolk Broads, or maybe spending Saturday mornings at a traditional boatyard sounds like your ideal job.

At Eastwood Whelpton, we’re a small, friendly, family-run business where no two days are the same, and we’re always happy to welcome enthusiastic people to our team.

Seasonal Saturday Team (Under 18s)

We’re currently looking for hardworking, committed under-18s to join our seasonal Saturday team. This role involves cleaning boats and helping around the yard on Saturday mornings. It’s a hands-on position, perfect for anyone who enjoys practical work, being outdoors and working as part of a supportive, positive team.

RYA Sailing Instructors

We’re also looking for qualified RYA Sailing Instructors to take customers out sailing on the Norfolk Broads. This is a fantastic opportunity to share your sailing knowledge and introduce people to the unique experience of sailing on the Norfolk Broads.
