Bookings for 2021 – COVID Update

Following the Government announcement on 22nd Feb 2021, we expect to be able to operate holidays from 12th April 2021 (subject to the conditions set out by the Government being met). Initially this will be limited to household groups only. The guidance suggests that mixed groups will not be permitted until later in the year, possibly from 17th May or 21st June 2021. As soon as there is clarity on this point we will update this notice.

For those of you with provisional bookings prior to the 12th April, our teams will be contacting you to make alternative arrangements – a transfer to another date or a full refund if that is not possible.

For those of you wishing to come on holiday on or after the 12th April our booking systems are open either online or give us a call. Be assured that if that date does get moved again you will be able to transfer your booking or get a full refund if that is not possible.

For those of you with mixed group bookings between 12th April and 21st June, please call the office to make alternative arrangements. We will not be permitted to accept groups that are not from a single household until these restrictions are eased.

A big thank you to all our customers that supported us during what was a difficult year for everyone in 2020. We implemented more rigorous cleaning and safety measures in line with Government, marine & tourism industry guidance to ensure that we could keep our customers and our team as safe as possible, and with your co-operation we managed hand overs so that they were still effective even though delivered in a different way!

We want you to have the confidence to book a holiday with us this year – because frankly we all need one! So, if you book a holiday and you are prevented from coming by COVID restrictions or self-isolation you can be sure that we will allow you to move your dates or indeed get a refund if that is not possible.

Rest assured that when you set sail, we have put in place measures aimed at keeping you and your family safe, to provide you with the peace of mind to be able to enjoy your time on the water here on the Broads.
